If you are not well known at the facility, we recommend bringing your phone to show your reservation, or an ID to verify your identity.[/vc_column_text][/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Can I pay at the Facility?” tab_id=”1572969822792-6-1″][vc_column_text]For safety and convenience reasons, reservations are debited automatically through the ActvLIFE mobile app (as long as they aren’t free of course!). This means even if you forget your wallet or don’t have cash, you’re still good to go!
